We highly respect your time and aim to give you the best quality care, which requires specific and thoughtful scheduling of appointment times. Therefore, by making an appointment at Best Foot Forward Naturopathy you agree to the following cancellation policy:
We understand things come up so if you need to reschedule your appointment then please give us as much notice as possible. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If you fail to give 24 hours notice that you are unable to attend your appointment, then you will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked.
Where services have been prepaid as part of a package, cancellations or reschedules with under 24 hours notice may result in the session being forfeited or deducted from the package balance.
If you arrive late to your appointment, your appointment may be shortened out of respect for other clients. To ensure you get the best treatment, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment this may be marked as a no-show and you will be charged accordingly.
If you are unwell or have an unexpected emergency, please contact us on 0468614822 as soon as possible. Where appropriate, Telehealth services may be offered as an alternative to assist you with still being able to go ahead with your appointment. If there are exceptional circumstances, the cancellation fee may be waived, at the discretion of the practitioner.
